EU Notification on judicial cooperation in criminal matters under the Trade & Cooperation Agreement

EU has given a notification in accordance with the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA), concerning law enforcement and judicial cooperation in criminal matters has been published in the Official Journal.

It provides details required in respect of relevant provisions and arrangements entering into force in accordance with the relevant provisions of the TCA.
